Such applicants can apply to IAM for access or correction of their personal information through a normal channel.

A refund will only be granted for problems associated with excess billing, duplication in billing or wrong billing caused by IAM's Online System for the Renewal of Pet Dog License.
Payees affected by the aforesaid instances may request refund(s) from IAM within 10 days, and IAM will automatically apply to credit card issuing bank for refund(s) to the card owner.
The amount(s) will be refunded through the bank to the owner's credit card account within two to three weeks.
